How can you make a girl sick for you?

This girl Julie doesn't ever pay attention to me I think because I'm a little shorter than her but I really like her. I see her at the bar and the laundromat and the gym she is a member of all the time but she never pays attention to me. I work in a hospital near her apartment and if she got sick she would have to go there and then I might get to be the one to take care of her. So what's the best way to make her sick enough for the hospital but not too sick because I don't want to really hurt her or do anything dangerous?
