Well i have learned my lesson at 17 not to drink alcohol ever again. I binge drunk 2 nights back to back after the 1st night i had about 8 beers and 3 shots of cuervoi didn't have a hangover and ate a sanwhich from subway. The next night i drank more and woke up still kind of drunk i went home and slept it off and didnt drink any fluids or eat through out the day, I woke up and felt like **** hangover times 200 i was crying to myself sweating chills everything you can think off, I cant poop nothing but liquids i havent had a sleep for 48-72 hours my mind isn't tired its weird i have eaten and drank alot of fluids. So is my body almost to recovery. The nights were friday and saturday.

I will be a grad student. I've heard traffic is terrible in Seattle, and it seems like every apartment charges at least an extra $50 a month to park a car (which is unheard of where I'm from!). It could be the catalytic converter but the place to start is the EGR valve and passages. Exhaust Gas Recirculation is how the engine cuts down on NOx production, while the catalytic converter works to break the NOx down. The usual problem is that the EGR valve and passages become choked with carbon. I'm not familiar with how to clean the passages in your Mazda but any experienced mechanic should be able to do it affordably.

Bucky's Screwed Over My Mustang?

So I took my 1995 Mustang to Buckys to fix my bad catalytic converter so I wouldn't die from carbon monoxide. The person in charge made me a deal for $375 to fix my catalytic converter and he would also put some flowmaster 40s on it next time i came in. 2 weeks later i took my mustang in and also asked for an oil change which would be an extra $15. So he told me he'd do everything for just $375 with no paper work and i agreed. A few hours later i picked up my mustang. The guy told me he put some other muffler on it besides the 40s, some brand that starts with a z. I didn't really care since it sounded better than it did before. I've been driving around for around a week and I've noticed it sounds like they did a crappy job on my car. My catalytic converter and muffler sound like they're loose and or scraping something. Now that i actually looked online for catalytic converters i see that they're only about $100 for a good one. So I'm not sure if it was worth paying $375 when i payed about $200 for labor. I just plan on going to Buckys on a busy day and complain about my car to get it fixed for free or something. But im not sure if they will say something like i dont have any papers or proof of my car being there. Opinions and help is much appreicated! What should i do??

Ok. Here is my situation. I am 32 and having been renting the in-law apartment in my mothers house for the past four years. My 7 yrs old son lives with me. I have been paying her $800 / mo for rent, utilities included. In the main house she live with my two brothers, ages 23 and 19. My parents have been divorced for four years and this is the house we grew up in. My great grandfather on my father's side built the house and four generations have been raised in this house (may be irrelevant, but whatever). 3 weeks ago my mother but the house up for sale. She told my brothers and I the night before the sign went up. Her reason is because she want to live in a one bedroom condo and does not want the maintenance of a house. I understand and respect her reasons. However she then went about saying that she can't let my brothers "stand in her way anymore" and when I asked what they were gonna do she said it is "not her problem" . Long story short...I don't make much money nor have much in savings and I will be in need of a new car in the near future. I have asked her to lower my rent while the house is on the market so I could save up for moving expenses and a down paymt on a car and she said no. My father and brothers think I should just stop paying her. I feel bad doing that as I still use utilities. Should I just tell her that I can only afford to give her $400 end of discussion? Also, makes a very decent salary and my brothers also pay a small rent between $200-300 per mo. She is not selling the house because she can't afford it anymore.

my "slum lord" refused to fix anything in our house. there were 4 broken windows that were there when we moved in, (that he said he would fix), my dryer vent was made of cardboard, there was an ant nest in the bathroom wall and the sheet rock around it was rotting, not to mention there was a friggin gas leak. with the gas leak, i called the gas company and they put a warning sticker on the stove saying that it needed to be replaced because it was extremely hazardous. if fixed, it must be done by an appliance mechanic. well, the idiots took it upon themselves to try and tinker with it. they made it worse.. not only was it leaking gas, but it was putting off carbon monoxide. i had the gas company out to my house in 20 minutes to inspect it. i asked him if he would talk to the idiots i was renting to house from, and of course he said, "sure". he told them that if they continued to try and fix it themselves, they would be fined and they would shut my gas off. I need to get into shape but what sport would be good......?

Ok so im like realllly out of shape. I'm 13 and about 104 pounds and my legs and arms are like twigs but my tummy is reallly fat and flabby and i have like 6 folds and its just really frustrating. When I was 17 years old, I met a guy named..let's call him Jay. Jay and I connected instantly. Within three months we got our first apartment together and were practically inseperable. I ended up going away for college and cried the entire trip and first week I was there. I ended up driving three hours one way EVERY weekend just to be near him for a day. But we were young, and I was insecure and thought he was cheating on me so we broke up. After a month of avoiding him calling and calling and calling (I was away at school) the calls suddenly stopped. It scared me to death, so I called him to see if he was okay or had gotten hurt. He was fine physically, but so depressed that he was moving across country (Literally east coast to west coast) to live with his dad. It felt like someone had stabbed me. It took me less than two heart beats to decide that I was going with him to wherever he was. So I packed my bags and we moved. Life was great. We were always smiling and laughing, we did so many amazing things...adventures I guess I consider them...and then, when I was 21 I found out I was pregnant. Everything went down hill from there as my attention turned away from him onto our child that I was carrying. And he became abusive. I tolerated the unusual negative behavior until our son was 4 months old, and I finally couldn't take it anymore, so i decided I was moving back to the east coast. There was never a discussion, if I went, he was going to go. So we moved, and life settled down. He actually really began to enjoy being a parent and I thought the worst was behind us...until we got pregnant AGAIN, less than 6 months after having our first son. The pattern of abusive behavior began again, and reckless behavior on his part...but not until I started to show that I was carrying a child. By the time our second son was two months old I called the police and had him arrested for one of the many abusive inciddents. And I knew that I had made the right choice. I was a single mother of two infants for almost a year, when I met my current husband. He had 6 children from a previous marriage so he enjoyed the babies. It took almost too much time and energy to blend our families, or even to form a deeply rooted bond between the two of us (even though he is an amazing man) and I just wrote it off to being so hurt by Jay. I do not get hungover? What is the reason? Why am I not dead?

I am 19, about 160 lbs., and 5 foot 7. I usually consume about ten 1oz. shots to get a buzz, beer does nothing. I have been drunk several times on about eighteen 1oz. shots within one hour, but I always remember what I did and I never wake up with a hangover. I usually get buzzed off of Southern Comfort which is a 70 proof whiskey/bourbon. The two times I was drunk at a friends house, the 18 shots, was his parents high grade tequila which was 80 proof if I am not mistaken. And finally I was blackout drunk one time at a friends when I consumed 3/4 of a quart, that's 24 oz., in one hour of Evan Williams which was 80 proof if I am not mistaken. I woke up the next morning at about 12 and we had started drinking at 10 the previous night and I fell asleep at about 3 am according to my friends. I was feeling better than I had felt in weeks and according to one of my friends I had face-planted into some concrete bricks he had in the garden behind his house. I did not hurt myself and that was apparently the least harmful thing I had attempted, with others including fighting, running in said garden patch, drowning, and various other activities one would not try sober. So I don't know what is going on, why do I feel good, why am I not hurt, why didn't I have a hangover, and most importantly why am I still alive when my BAC should have been above .5 when a BAC of .4 would kill a normal person?
