Does Testors spray enamel contain Carbon Monoxide?

No, they would be stupid to use CO in a product. They may use propane, Freon or compressed air as a propellant. What they actually use is probably a trade secret, but it certainly is not a highly poisonous substance like CO. Just don't spray it around fire or any other source of ignition - major fire hazard if they use propane!
