He keeps coming up to me?

This guy that i've just seen around my apartment complex recently has been coming up to me everytime I walk my dog. He always comes up to me without fail, telling me how cute my dog is lol. Asking me so many questions about my dog... he even remembered my dogs name... lol. Anyway... do you think this guy may be actually interested in ME? or just my dog? Lmao. I know. He made smalltalk with my saying he was in town visiting his father for 2 weeks. Sucks because he's cute........ My questions are: do you think he's interested in me or just loves dogs and also, what should I say ot capture his attention next time I see him? (which will probably be in a little while when I go for a walk)
