How can I found out who sent me flowers?

Someone sent me flowers to my home. I'm a little concerned cause I live with my boyfriend and it wasn't him. I just moved to this apartment and no one knows my address. (that I know of) The note just has a heart on it and the florist says the person asked they not disclose any information to me about where the flowers came from. Any ideas as to how I can find out?
