Is it normal for bugs to just die in a home?

ive found an unusual number of dead bugs in my home recently and have not sprayed any pesticides recently. most are flies, a few have been wasps, and a few that i can't really identify. the majority were in the bathroom, so maybe ventilation is an issue? this is a new home for us, that we had to renovate, so i am probably just being paranoid. i don't have any gas in the home, so i don't think it could be carbon monoxide. does anyone have any idea what could cause this or if its just a natural thing?
