Security Guard's apartment complex right?

What are the rights of a security guard patrolling a complex of 8 apartments, not a big complex. What can he do, and what he cant? Can he drink alcohol with 15 year olds? Can he patrol the complex with his friends in his car, or driving around the complex with teenagers who live there? I would really appreciate the answer
